Instructions
1. To make the pie crust: In a food processor, pulse sandwich cookies until they resemble grains of sand
2. Form crust in pie pan and freeze until it sets
3. Make Mixed Berry Yonanas recipe, doubled
4. Use a spatula to scoop and the smooth the mixed berry yonanas into the cookie pie shell
5. Cover and freeze for a minimum of four hours
6. Let pie thaw approximately 30 minutes before slicing.
