• 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 4 pre-made cannoli shells
  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. Dust bananas with cinnamon and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Insert 1 frozen banana.
  3. Add 1/2 of the orange zest.
  4. Add remaining bananas and zest until combined.
  5. Pour cinnamon orange cannoli filling into a pastry bag with round tip or a gallon plastic bag with corner of bag cut.
  6. Pipe filling into cannoli shells, dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle mini chocolate chips onto tip of cannoli.
Serves: 4-6
