This is a non-banana recipe that I came up with. I take light vanilla yogurt and freeze it in ice cube trays. Fill a cereal bowl with half vanilla yogurt cubes and half frozen strawberries. Let thaw a bit. Push through the yonanas and mix together with a spoon! Creamy, refreshing, and delicious! Plus you are getting all of the benefits from the yogurt. Very low calorie too!
