Protein Packed Yonanas

I had to share my favorite new recipe….It’s a protein packed Yonanas that is delicious and filling. It would be a great post workout meal! –Stefani

Ingredients:
1 cup cantaloupe, diced and frozen
½ a medium banana, frozen
1 cup Fage Total 0 Greek Yogurt
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

(Optional, 1 cup dark red cherries, frozen)

Run fruit through yonanas and mix well.  Add 1 cup of the Fage Total 0 Greek Yogurt.  Stir in the vanilla extract.  Enjoy as is or put it in the freezer for 20 minutes to gain the consistency of very thick ice-cream.  Serves one (very large serving).
