2 frozen ripe bananas, 1⁄3 cup (approx. 6) frozen pitted dates, 1⁄3 cup toasted pecans

1. Insert one frozen banana
2. Add 1⁄3 cup frozen dates
3. Insert second frozen banana
4. Stir in bowl to combine
