Lemon Coconut Yonanas Float


  • 2 frozen over-ripe bananas
  • 1 c. frozen seedless lemon segments
  • 1/2 can of coconut milk
  • Toasted shredded coconut


  1. In a small skillet, toss the shredded coconut over medium heat until they are golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside
  2. Insert one frozen banana
  3. Insert ½ c. frozen lemon
  4. Alternate remaining frozen bananas and frozen lemons
  5. Slowly pour the coconut milk over your Lemon Coconut Yonanas
  6. Top with toasted shredded coconut
