1. 2 frozen over-ripe bananas
2. 1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
3. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4. 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
5. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
1. Sprinkle frozen bananas with cocoa powder, cinnamon, cardomom and ginger and let thaw slightly for approximately 10 minutes,
2. Insert one frozen banana
3. Add second banana
