Affogato Yonanas

Float a cool scoop of yonanas with a hint of cinnamon into a cup of hot espresso. Make it extra special and add a drizzle of chocolate syrup & enjoy this fun twist on a classic Italian dessert.


  • 2 frozen over-ripe bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 shot of espresso or strong coffee
  • OPTIONAL: chocolate sauce


  1. Slightly thaw your frozen fruit prior to putting through your yonanas maker.
  2. Insert 1/2 frozen banana
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. Insert remaining frozen bananas
  5. Scoop into glass or bowl
  6. Optional: Drizzle your favorite chocolate sauce on top of Yonanas
  7. Pour a shot of espresso or coffee over top
